The Role:
- Assist customers with queries, complaints, and technical product information
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
- Process sales orders
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone & email
- Check stock & pricing
- Source products from other suppliers
- Ensure high standards in administration & customer service
Requirements:
- Previous sales administration / customer service experience
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Use of Microsoft Great Plains is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and proactive approach to workload
