Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Advisor to join their busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

 

The Role:

  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, and technical product information
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Process sales orders
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone & email
  • Check stock & pricing
  • Source products from other suppliers
  • Ensure high standards in administration & customer service

 

Requirements:

  • Previous sales administration / customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Use of Microsoft Great Plains is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and proactive approach to workload
