Role: Commercial Administrator

Salary: £34,000

2fawcett are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join a well-established business within the construction and infrastructure sector. This is a varied role supporting the commercial team with reporting, project administration, forecasting and maintaining accurate commercial records. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident communicating with stakeholders and comfortable working with figures and data.

Responsibilities

  • Producing month-end commercial reports
  • Supporting variation pricing and change control processes
  • Processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and payment certificates
  • Maintaining accurate commercial and project records
  • Supporting cash flow reporting and cost forecasting
  • Assisting with KPI reporting and performance monitoring
  • Liaising with project teams to obtain information and ensure deadlines are met
  • Providing administrative support to the wider commercial team
  • Supporting day-to-day commercial operations

Experience

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Experience within construction, engineering, projects or commercial environments would be advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working with figures, reports and data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, reliable and confident when dealing with stakeholders
