Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year

Location: Skegness

Hours: Full‑time

Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays)

 

A great opportunity to join a diverse group of businesses spanning construction, agriculture, hospitality, leisure, and property. You’ll support the Group Financial Controller with day‑to‑day finance operations across multiple companies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production of monthly/quarterly management accounts.
  • Cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
  • VAT returns, statutory returns & annual P11Ds.
  • Inter‑company reconciliations & Directors’ Loan Accounts.
  • Control account and bank reconciliations.
  • Weekly payment runs and online banking authorisations.
  • Liaison with accountants, bookkeepers, banks and external advisers.
  • Assist with annual budgets and audit packs.
  • Support bookkeeping and financial oversight across holiday parks, hotels and property companies.
  • General finance admin and ad‑hoc tasks for the Directors.

 

About You:

  • Experience in finance or accounting (multi‑entity experience an advantage).
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.
