2fawcett are recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established and growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a supportive office environment, with full training provided.
About the Role
This role will provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, processing orders and supporting basic accounts functions.
Full training will be provided, including use of internal systems and processes, making this an excellent opportunity for someone keen to learn and develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Carry out general office duties, including filing, data entry and correspondence
- Process customer orders using internal systems
- Produce cut lists for the factory
- Assist with accounts administration, including basic finance tasks
- Support day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance as required
About You
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar systems)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A proactive and reliable team player
Previous office or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
