We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy and growing business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and keeping operations running smoothly.

 

The Role:

You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including:

  • Raising and managing purchase orders and stock replenishment.
  • Liaising with suppliers, expediting orders and resolving queries.
  • Preparing quotations, delivery documentation and project packs.
  • Maintaining accurate project records and filing systems.
  • Arranging transport, accommodation and site requirements.
  • Processing holiday and sickness records.
  • Maintaining compliance documentation and equipment records.
  • Providing general administrative and sales support as required.

 

About You:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential).
