We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy and growing business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role:
You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including:
- Raising and managing purchase orders and stock replenishment.
- Liaising with suppliers, expediting orders and resolving queries.
- Preparing quotations, delivery documentation and project packs.
- Maintaining accurate project records and filing systems.
- Arranging transport, accommodation and site requirements.
- Processing holiday and sickness records.
- Maintaining compliance documentation and equipment records.
- Providing general administrative and sales support as required.
About You:
- Previous administration experience.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with suppliers and colleagues.
- Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential).
