A well-established and fast-paced company in Barnsley is looking for a confident and organised Customer Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a professional telephone manner, who is looking for a long-term, office-based role within a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders.
- Raise quotations.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to ensure excellent service.
- Support the sales team with general administrative duties.
- Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and queries.
- Handle general office admin tasks, including filing and basic HR admin.
Benefits:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm.
