About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our client’s busy rental operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments, supporting contract administration, logistics, and operational accuracy. It is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and prides themselves on attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of rental contracts
  • Administration of quote-to-contract conversion using internal systems
  • Backup support for transport documentation and legal compliance
  • Work with fleet management to ensure asset availability and stock accuracy
  • Review engineers’ timesheets against contract requirements
