Salary: £25,500 per year
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a varied position involving both technical administration and transport compliance. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that checks, records, and processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out and record Magnet Checks, Microbiology Swab Samples, and calibration of probes and scales within agreed timescales.
  • Set up new starters and resolve access fob issues.
  • Monitor and maintain First Aid stock levels.
  • Act as the main contact for employee laundry issues and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Produce Allergen labels and issue information packs to shops for platter production.
  • Manage PPE ordering, issuing, and stock control.
  • Conduct periodic warehouse stock checks.
  • Ensure all driver legislative checks and records are completed and stored in line with Company Operator’s Licence requirements.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administration experience (compliance or technical admin experience is an advantage).
  • Is well organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
