2fawcett are currently recruiting an Administrator for a growing business based in Sheffield. You will have experience in customer service and office based administration positions, and be able to work in a fast paced environment in a varied role.
Duties include:
- Carry out a wide range of general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and technical support requests
- Administer customer credit account payments, including issuing reminders and following up as needed
- Manage incoming telephone calls and emails from customers placing orders or making enquiries
- Enter and maintain accurate records in the service administration software
- Process invoices using Sage accounting software.
- Analyse customer and product performance data to support strategic decisions
- Assist the sales team with customer reports, communications, and quotations when required
- Take a proactive approach in all areas of work to contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the business
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience on Sage is beneficial
- Friendly and confident
- An understanding of logistics is desirable
- Any experience with social media would also be a desirable skill but not essential
