2fawcett are currently recruiting an Administrator for a growing business based in Sheffield. You will have experience in customer service and office based administration positions, and be able to work in a fast paced environment in a varied role.

Duties include:

  • Carry out a wide range of general administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and technical support requests
  • Administer customer credit account payments, including issuing reminders and following up as needed
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and emails from customers placing orders or making enquiries
  • Enter and maintain accurate records in the service administration software
  • Process invoices using Sage accounting software.
  • Analyse customer and product performance data to support strategic decisions
  • Assist the sales team with customer reports, communications, and quotations when required
  • Take a proactive approach in all areas of work to contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the business

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience on Sage is beneficial
  • Friendly and confident
  • An understanding of logistics is desirable
  • Any experience with social media would also be a desirable skill but not essential
