The Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Process customer orders
  • Deal with enquires in a polite and friendly manner
  • Work alongside the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Record keeping

The Requirements of the Administrator

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, varied role
  • Customer service experience
  • Order processing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and order processing software
