The Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Process customer orders
- Deal with enquires in a polite and friendly manner
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints
- Record keeping

- Ability to work in a fast paced, varied role
- Customer service experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
