Are you a detail-driven Logistics or Warehouse Coordinator skilled in keeping things moving behind the scenes? 2fawcettt are recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator to join a client a fast-paced warehouse is on the lookout for someone to streamline operations and be the vital link between departments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day workflow in branding and picking
• Collaborating with customer service team to resolve any fulfilment issues in a timely manor
• Liaising with inventory to tackle stock discrepancies and stock related enquiries
• Producing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports with precision
• Populate picking lists, daily stock reports
• Stock analysis

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in warehouse coordination or similar ops roles
• Strong WMS system experience
• Confidence using Excel and handling operational reports
• Excellent communication skills across departments
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great organisational skills
