Job Description:

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding thin-gauge metals to precise specifications, often working with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, and other alloys. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, the ability to read blueprints, and experience with high-quality welding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols
• Inspect completed welds for structural soundness and appearance
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety standards are met
• Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and quality control staff
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Welding certification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
