Hours: 8.30am – 5pm

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Telesales Executive to support the growth of a developing sales team. This is a new role, focused on outbound cold calling and lead generation, with the opportunity to help shape future sales incentives and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective new customers
• Introduce products and services and identify sales opportunities
• Generate leads and book follow-up calls or quotes
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline
• Accurately update CRM and internal systems
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with internal sales and customer service teams

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous telesales or cold calling experience preferred
• Confident, resilient, and comfortable handling objections
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Well organised with good attention to detail
