The Role:

As a Team Leader Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating a range of machinery, as well as supporting and guiding a small production team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards, and helping identify and implement process improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production machinery to meet daily targets
  • Lead, support, and coordinate with a team of machine operators
  • Monitor product quality and conduct fault finding and adjustments
  • Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed correctly
  • Liaise with supervisors and other departments for smooth workflow
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members
  • Promote continuous improvement and a positive team environment
