About the Role:
2fawcett is recruiting on behalf of a client in the manufacturing industry for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Team Leader. This hands-on role involves supporting the Customer Interface and Supply Chain Manager to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and high-quality goods delivered on time in full.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for the team, ensuring smooth communication throughout the shift.
• Support the Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager in achieving daily production requirements and cover their role when needed.
• Monitor the supply chain stock reduction plan and ensure alignment with site targets.
• Drive quality and engineering improvements while ensuring the team adheres to agreed quality standards.
• Train and develop team members, identifying training needs and conducting personal development reviews.
• Address day-to-day team concerns, queries, and paperwork requirements.
• Monitor attendance, manage return-to-work interviews, and support recruitment activities.
• Ensure team priorities align with the Supply Chain Manager’s directives.
• Maintain cleanliness, 5S standards, and highlight any health and safety concerns.

• Continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Maintenance of accurate MRP data and relevant KPIs.
