Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Heanor, Derbyshire

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business in Derbyshire. This key role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products and materials through the supply chain. You will be involved in supplier management, inventory control, logistics coordination, and strategic planning to optimise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with stock management to source and meet customer demand
  • Develop and implement logistical strategies to meet delivery targets and manage costs
  • Oversee inventory control, optimise stock levels, and minimise shortages
  • Track goods through the supply chain for transparency and accountability
  • Analyse demand forecasts and data to improve efficiency
  • Manage supply chain costs while maintaining quality and service standards
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly supply chain practices
  • Continuously improve supply chain processes and introduce innovations
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
