Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £14.37 – £16.00 per hour (Equivalent to £30,000 – £33,000 per annum)
Discretionary bonus available after 12 months
40 hours per week | Early finish on Fridays (12:30pm)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our busy and well-equipped fabrication workshop in Sheffield. You’ll play a key role in the production of both standard and bespoke equipment.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in all areas of fabrication, including MIG and TIG welding, working with precision components, and operating fabrication machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG and TIG welding (typically 1.5mm–10mm) in stainless steel and mild steel
• Producing high-quality stainless steel finishes
• Marking out, drilling, and tapping to close tolerances
• Operating fabrication tools such as guillotines and press brakes
• Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in MIG & TIG welding
• Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
• Confident using metal fabrication machinery
• Precision-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and high standards
