Salary: Up to £29,500 DOE

 

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business for a Service Sales Administrator to join their growing Service Department.

This role plays a key part in supporting customers worldwide by managing service enquiries, producing accurate quotations, and ensuring annual servicing and upgrade works are delivered efficiently and professionally.

You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, supporting existing accounts, and coordinating closely with service engineers to deliver a high-quality end-to-end service experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming service enquiries from customers worldwide.
  • Preparing detailed quotations covering:
  • Engineer time on site.
  • Travel, flights, accommodation, visas, and in-country transport.
  • Parts and upgrade requirements.
  • Liaising with Service Engineers on technical and logistical requirements.
  • Following up on quotations and converting enquiries into orders.
  • Processing purchase orders and managing final invoicing.
  • Proactively reminding existing customers when annual servicing is due.
