We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Sheffield. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of compliance and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support quality assurance activities across manufacturing and production.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal and external audits to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues and improvements.
• Analyse quality data, generate reports, and present improvement plans to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and support cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with tools like 8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
