Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join the team and play a key role in driving the sales and across the UK healthcare sector.
This is an opportunity for someone who brings experience, proven success in sales, is self-motivated and proactive in their way of working. Ideally suited to those who are motivated by purpose rather than progression, and ready to bring their expertise to a business with a clear mission.
The Role:
- Engage with customers to identify their specific challenges and provide tailored, timely solutions that meet their operational needs
- Take initiative in gathering and responding to feedback
- Turning initial interest into long-term, value-driven partnerships
- Effectively introduce new products in clinical environments
- Be actively involved on-site, visiting customers to showcase products
- Build and maintain trusted relationships
- Leverage influential contacts strategically to unlock new commercial and promotional opportunities
- Communicate clearly in both group and one-one situations
Requirements:
- Previous sales executive / sales manager experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organised and proactive approach to workload
- Must hold a clean driving licence
