Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join the team and play a key role in driving the sales and across the UK healthcare sector.

This is an opportunity for someone who brings experience, proven success in sales, is self-motivated and proactive in their way of working. Ideally suited to those who are motivated by purpose rather than progression, and ready to bring their expertise to a business with a clear mission.

 

The Role:

  • Engage with customers to identify their specific challenges and provide tailored, timely solutions that meet their operational needs
  • Take initiative in gathering and responding to feedback
  • Turning initial interest into long-term, value-driven partnerships
  • Effectively introduce new products in clinical environments
  • Be actively involved on-site, visiting customers to showcase products
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships
  • Leverage influential contacts strategically to unlock new commercial and promotional opportunities
  • Communicate clearly in both group and one-one situations

Requirements:

  • Previous sales executive / sales manager experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organised and proactive approach to workload
  • Must hold a clean driving licence
