Hours: 8am – 5pm

Duties:

• Lead and develop sales team
• Accurate and reliable sales reporting to directors
• Day to day management of sales team
• Manage and grow your own client base
• Work with HR in developing successful training programmes to aid professional development of sales team
• Monitor outgoing quotes to ensure adherence to company terms and conditions
• Develop new business relationships and opportunities
• Ensure sales team consistently hit targets/KPI’s
• Meet own targets/KPI’s
• Identify training needs within the sales team
• Delivering regular 1:1 team reviews
• Oversee sales team expenses
• Creating reports for clients
• Communicate effectively with all departments

• Direct sales experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience of meeting and exceeding targets
• Flexibility with hours (early mornings and nights out are occasionally required)
• Full driving license
