Overview

2Fawcett are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for a reputable business based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch.

Reporting directly into the Admin Supervisor and in turn the Management Accountants you will offer vital support to ensure smooth running of the accounts function. Providing varied support you will be ensuring efficient and timely payments and reporting.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk

  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Liaising with various sites
  • Updating Purchase Order Excel Logs
  • Assisting with building reports on Excel

Requirements of the Purchase Ledger Clerk

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • AAT qualified, QBE or recent finance graduate considered
