Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team.
You will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time, and assisting the team with other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain the purchase ledger and reconcile supplier accounts.
- Prepare and manage monthly payment runs.
- Resolve invoice queries with suppliers and internal teams.
- Support month-end and year-end finance processes.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or finance role.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and reconciliations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
