The Role & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Assistant
- Inputting invoices
- Sending out customer invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving discrepancies between PO and supplier invoice
- Payment runs
- Petty cash
- Chasing over-due debts
- Credit card analysis
Requirements of the Purchase Ledger Assistant
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience using accounting software
- Experience using Sage 200 is advantageous
