2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the team at a manufacturing business based in Sheffield!

 

The Role & Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Assistant

  • Inputting invoices
  • Sending out customer invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Resolving discrepancies between PO and supplier invoice
  • Payment runs
  • Petty cash
  • Chasing over-due debts
  • Credit card analysis

Requirements of the Purchase Ledger Assistant

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Experience using accounting software
  • Experience using Sage 200 is advantageous
