Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong electrical design background and exposure to Ministry of Defence (MOD) projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm working on high-security, technically complex developments within the defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical-biased projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver excellence at every stage.
• Ensure compliance with MOD protocols, security clearances, and operational standards.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Manage financial performance, project timelines, risk assessments, and quality control.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams across design, implementation, and handover phases.

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience within the building services or construction industry.
• Prior experience delivering projects for the Ministry of Defence or in similarly secure environments is essential.
• Electrical design knowledge with a strong understanding of compliance, installation, and technical requirements.
• Electrically biased background – either by education or through practical project delivery.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services desirable).
