2fawcett are supporting a client within the Manufacturing industry who are looking for a Production Planner to join the team.

Overview and Initial Information:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer supplying products to major construction contractors across the UK. They are now seeking a proactive Production Planner to support their continued growth and help ensure efficient scheduling across their busy production environment. This role will be key in aligning material planning with customer orders and supporting production delivery targets.

About You:

You’re a detail-oriented planner with excellent communication skills. You’re confident working cross-functionally, solving problems under pressure, and ideally bring experience from a similar environment — particularly within manufacturing for the construction sector.

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule materials based on live customer orders
• Generate and issue production orders in line with capacity and delivery schedules
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to manage lead times and resolve issues
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency
