Type: Permanent, Approx 3 days per week.

2fawcett are recruiting for a Part Time HR Administrator to join a company located in South Yorkshire.

The Role & Responsibilities of the HR Administrator

  • Support the HR Function by maintaining all administrative systems
  • Ensure employee documentation is accurately updated in files, and any other relevant databases
  • Respond to external and internal enquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner
  • Process reference requests
  • Managing the inbox ensuring queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
  • Induct new staff into HR processes and systems

Requirements of HR Administrator

  • Demonstrate the ability to set up and maintain administrative systems
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative / HR role in a busy environment
