2fawcett are supporting a growing business based in Nottingham. We’re looking for a well-organised and experienced Bookkeeper join our client’s friendly team and manage all aspects of invoicing, credit control, payment processing, and accounts preparation.
The Bookkeeper Role: As a pivotal part of our client’s team, you will:
- Manage Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Handle self-billing and statement reconciliations
- Oversee credit control and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Payroll administration
- Expense Management
- VAT Returns
- Prepare month and year end accounts
- General office support
Requirements of the Bookkeeper:
- Experience: Hands on experience with accounting software’s such as Sage and bookkeeping.
- Qualifications: Formal qualifications (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) preferred but Qualified by Experience considered.
- Attributes: Reliable, motivated, hardworking, self-organised, and able to handle confidential information.
