The Opportunity

2fawcett is recruiting on behalf of a growing food & FMCG business based in Nottingham. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Marketing & Creative Executive to support its in-house marketing and design function.

This role is ideal for a creative individual looking to develop their skills across graphic design, packaging, and social media content creation within a fast-paced, brand-led environment.

You will gain hands-on experience working on real brand assets, supported and mentored by senior members of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Support

  • Assist with the creation and amendment of brand visuals, including logos, packaging, and marketing materials
  • Create digital design assets for web and social media using Canva and Adobe Illustrator
  • Prepare artwork files for internal review and approval

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Support the creation of social media posts, reels, and stories
  • Design social media graphics and basic short-form video content using templates and brand guidelines
  • Assist with scheduling and posting content across social media platforms
  • Help maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met

Organisation & Marketing Support

  • Organise and manage design files, templates, and brand assets
  • Track design requests and content tasks
  • Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc creative projects

Skills & Experience

  • Strong interest in graphic design and social media
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Illustrator (or similar design tools)
  • Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop creatively
  • Relevant qualification in graphic design, marketing, or a creative discipline
  • Some experience creating social media content
  • Basic video editing skills for reels or short-form content
  • Interest in food, FMCG, or branding
