What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of machinery
• Diagnosing faults and performing hands-on repairs
• Ensuring both mechanical and electrical systems run smoothly
• Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency projects
• Collaborating with a team to hit production goals
• Keeping downtime to a minimum and production on point

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be experienced with an electrical background or bias
• Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems
• Skilled in fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
