Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and maintain advanced electrical systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal asset performance and reliability.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns swiftly and effectively.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
  • Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation, and installation reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering feedback and innovative ideas.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new employees, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including transformers and loadbanks.
  • Proven experience in field-based technical roles, with a focus on installation, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and electrical safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
