Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain advanced electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal asset performance and reliability.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns swiftly and effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation, and installation reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering feedback and innovative ideas.
- Support the training and onboarding of new employees, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including transformers and loadbanks.
- Proven experience in field-based technical roles, with a focus on installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and electrical safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
