Salary: up to £29,000 per annum (+ Bonus Scheme)
Type: Permanent, Monday – Friday, 7:45am-5:15pm (including travel time)

2fawcett are recruiting for a Fire Extinguisher Engineer vacancy based in the Stoke area. As part of this role you must have a Full Uk driving licence. A company vehicle, fuel card, tools, extinguishers, phone, uniform, PPE etc will be provided and all work is pre-booked by the main office.

You will have prior experience/knowledge with extinguishers and be competent to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities of the Fire Extinguisher Engineer

• Carry out the servicing and maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers, Hose reels and Kitchen fire suppression systems.
• All equipment will be provided to allow high standards of service, install and maintenance of Portable fire extinguishers, Hose reels and Kitchen fire suppression systems for our National and Local Accounts.
• Installing, servicing and maintaining Portable Fire Extinguishers, Hose Reels and Kitchen Fire Suppression systems for National, Key and Local accounts.
• Working in line with current standards and customer requirements.
• Plan and complete call visits within the nominated area, ensuring maximum efficiency and best use of resources.
• Build professional and effective relationships with a wide client base.
• Be accountable for ensuring effective area planning to maximise travel time and time on customer premises.
• Carry out scheduled & reactive maintenance in a timely, efficient & cost effective manner.
• Effectively communicate with our customers’ to ensure a good understanding of system/equipment status.
• Liaise with Service Administrators to ensure the needs of our customers’ are met.
• Be responsible for the management & security of vehicle stock, tools & equipment.
• Approach all training positively & complete all duties in a professional manner.
