Overview

2Fawcett are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a company located in Chesterfield on a full-time basis.

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Leadership Team at a highly successful business. Our client is looking for someone who is a great team player as well as driven, motivated and consistent in their approach to the role.

The role involves working Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from home.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Supporting the Financial Controller
• Producing accurate accounts
• Ensuring month, quarter and year end deadlines are met
• Leading a core Finance Function team
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Forecast, budgeting and cash flow
• Investigate variances

Requirements of the Finance Manager

• Understanding of Financial Accounting practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to train and develop a team of professionals
• CIMA / ACCA or ACA Qualifications are desirable
• Ability to prioritise personal and team workloads

Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (dependant on experience) plus bonus

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
