Role: Finance Manager
Salary: £45,000

2fawcett are recruiting on behalf of a successful family run business with a rich history seeking a Finance Manager.
As the Finance Manager you will oversee credit control, purchase ledger, and financial accounts teams, manage budgets, and provides financial guidance. The role promotes continuous improvement and departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager
- Produce monthly management accounts and sales analysis reports
- Conduct ad hoc business analysis projects
- Prepare budgets and analyse KPIs and variances
- Financial Accounts and Month-End Process
- Ensure timely statutory filings
- Support year-end audit process
- Reconcile accounts and post journals
- Manage month-end processes (reconciliation, asset depreciation, VAT return)
- Process monthly payroll for three payrolls
- Direct and develop finance team members
- Ensure full training and conduct regular meetings
Desired Experience/Qualifications of the Finance Manager
- CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified or Qualified by Experience considered
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Strong knowledge of credit control
Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week
8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
