Role: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Burton upon Trent
Hybrid after training
We are recruiting a Customer Support Administrator to join a busy office-based team within a well-established business in Burton upon Trent.
This role is suited to someone with experience in customer service or office administration, supporting customers with queries, processing requests, and keeping systems up to date.
Key duties
- Handling customer queries by phone and email
- Processing orders and updating internal systems
- Logging and resolving queries accurately
- Supporting account and payment-related queries
- General administrative support to the team
About you
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Confident using systems and spreadsheets
- Good attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Reliable and organised
What’s on offer
- Salary equivalent £25,500 per annum (paid hourly during temp period)
- Hybrid working after training
- Monday–Thursday 9:00–5:30 | Friday 9:00–3:00
- 30 days holiday (pro-rata)
