2fawcett are currently recruiting a Customer Service Manager to join their client based in Heanor on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to manage their call centre team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service, overseeing a team of 15 agents.
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence
- Drive sales performance with accurate product and service knowledge
- Oversee team operations to ensure prompt responses and efficient workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve customer experience and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing customer service or sales teams
- Strong sales skills and experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Automotive or technical knowledge is a plus
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
