Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Executive to join their busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
The Role:
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Process and manage sales orders
- Generate reports as needed
- Handle customer calls and provide exceptional service
- Coordinate, monitor and track deliveries
- Resolve courier claims and related complaints
- Process refunds, credit notes, returns, and collections
- Preparation of commercial invoices
- Post cash and invoices
- Manage aged debtor accounts
- Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous account management experience
- Strong IT skills, including use of CRM software and accounting packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and proactive approach to workload
