Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Administrator to join their busy office environment. The Role:

  • Keep the quote-to-order pipeline moving efficiently, meeting all key timelines
  • Input and schedule sales orders for smooth production and delivery planning
  • Generate shipping forecasts and oversee logistics to maintain committed delivery dates
  • Take ownership of specific quotations and customer cases
  • Resolve challenges with both clients and internal teams
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data across CRM systems
  • Prepare accurate product quotes and cost estimates
  • Collaborate closely with the technical department to ensure all design work is completed promptly
  • Support Sales Managers with customer updates and raise any concerns

Requirements:

  • Previous sales administration / customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and proactive approach to workload
