2fawcett are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their client based in Sheffield on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services
  • Handling customer complaints and issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are satisfied with the outcome
  • Managing and responding to product queries
  • Ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date

Requirements for this position include:

  • Experience in a customer service / sales admin role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised and motivated
