2fawcett are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their client based in Sheffield on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
- Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services
- Handling customer complaints and issues
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are satisfied with the outcome
- Managing and responding to product queries
- Ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements for this position include:
- Experience in a customer service / sales admin role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and motivated
