Overview of the CNC Programmer

2Fawcett are recruiting for a CNC Programmer. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic and hard working team. As the CNC programmer your working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8-4:30pm, 8 – 3:30pm on Fridays.  ASAP start available.

Key responsibilities and requirements of the CNC Programmer

• Be an experienced CNC Programmer
• Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Programme the CNC
• Be able to load up programs for manufacturing
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, where efficiency and quality is key
• Must have a good eye for detail
• Be able to work on own initiative as well as work with the whole team
• Require excellent time management and organisational skill
• You will need to have a can-do attitude and support the evolving and changing needs of the business
• Work with and supper other departments to ensure business objectives are achieved
• Willingness to help others in the workshop
• Promote a safe working environment
• Must have Hypermill experience

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday
• Monday to Thursday 8 – 4:30pm
• Friday 8 – 3:30pm
