Role: CNC Milling Machinist
Salary: £31,678 + discretionary bonuses (up to £1,500 annually, based on company performance)

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll use both milling machines to craft precision components for cutting-edge metalworking machinery. Working independently, you will oversee the complete machining process, from raw materials to final inspection, while ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC milling machines
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC milling equipment.
• Machine high-precision parts, primarily using milling techniques.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure components are made to specification and on time.
• Manage material and tooling requirements, keeping job sheets updated.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives for continuous improvement.
