About the Role

2fawcett is thrilled to be partnering with a forward-thinking and sustainability-driven business to recruit a Logistics Planning Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving efficiency and excellence across logistics operations while leading a dedicated team. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will work collaboratively with internal departments to optimize material flow, manage stock levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver efficient weekly logistics plans.
• Lead and manage the Logistics Scheduling Team, handling day-to-day planning challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal stock management and warehouse capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, aligned with sustainability goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and partners to support long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics or a similar planning role.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT systems and tools; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for process improvement.
