About the Role
2fawcett is thrilled to be partnering with a forward-thinking and sustainability-driven business to recruit a Logistics Planning Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving efficiency and excellence across logistics operations while leading a dedicated team. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will work collaboratively with internal departments to optimize material flow, manage stock levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver efficient weekly logistics plans.
- Lead and manage the Logistics Scheduling Team, handling day-to-day planning challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal stock management and warehouse capacity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, aligned with sustainability goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and partners to support long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in logistics or a similar planning role.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for process improvement.
