2fawcett are supporting a growing business based in Chesterfield. We’re looking for a well-organised and experienced Finance Manager join our client’s friendly team and manage all aspects of invoicing, credit control, payment processing, and accounts preparation.

The Finance Manager Role: As a pivotal part of our client’s team, you will:

  • Manage Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Handle self-billing and statement reconciliations
  • Oversee credit control and bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Payroll submissions
  • VAT Returns
  • Prepare month and year end accounts
  • Cashflow forecasting and Budgeting
  • Lead external audits
  • General office support

Requirements of the Finance Manager:

  • Experience: Hands on experience with accounting softwares such as Sage and within a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Formal qualifications (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) preferred
  • Attributes: Reliable, motivated, hardworking, self-organised, and able to handle confidential information
