Salary: Up to £40,000 (full-time equivalent)

2fawcett are supporting a growing business based in Chesterfield. We’re looking for a well-organised and experienced Finance Manager join our client’s friendly team and manage all aspects of invoicing, credit control, payment processing, and accounts preparation.
The Finance Manager Role: As a pivotal part of our client’s team, you will:
- Manage Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Handle self-billing and statement reconciliations
- Oversee credit control and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Payroll submissions
- VAT Returns
- Prepare month and year end accounts
- Cashflow forecasting and Budgeting
- Lead external audits
- General office support
Requirements of the Finance Manager:
- Experience: Hands on experience with accounting softwares such as Sage and within a similar role.
- Qualifications: Formal qualifications (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) preferred
- Attributes: Reliable, motivated, hardworking, self-organised, and able to handle confidential information
