Salary: £22,000 – £23,000

Overview of the Administrator  
2fawcett are recruiting for an Administrator for a business located in Burton on Trent. As Administrator you responsible for the Procurement admin, and you will be assisting with supplier management and further improve our supply chain operations. You will be reporting into the Inventory Controller.

Responsibilities for the Administrator  

  • Raise purchase orders and track as necessary
  • Liaise with suppliers on a regular basis
  • Monitor suppliers service levels
  • Input and maintain data in ERP System
  • Resolve order issues and report impacts to business
  • Liaise with Far East team to ensure shipping trackers are updated
  • Work closely with sales team on forecasting updates / inventory movement

Requirements of the Administrator  

  • Experience of working with ERP systems
  • Experience in a supplier management role (Desirable but not essential)
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes
  • Strong data inputting skills
  • MS Excel – Intermediate / advanced
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

Hours of Work

  • 8:30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday
