Overview
2fawcett are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a company located in Burton On Trent on a Permanent Basis. The main purpose of the role is to support the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Credit Control Functions within the business.
This position will require working with multiple teams across the business.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant
- File & monitor incoming CMR Delivery Notes
- Collect, date stamp and distribute the office post
- Post the office outgoing mail
- Stationary Management
Requirements of Sales Coordinator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective time management
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- People person and a team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
