We’re recruiting for a full-time Accounts Administrator to join a thriving team in a busy, friendly office environment. If you’re someone who enjoys variety in your day and loves getting stuck into all things accounts and admin, this could be the perfect fit!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing invoice processing and handling costs
  • Raising purchase orders for goods and services
  • Supporting with month-end reconciliations
  • Creating invoicing packs for the accounts team
  • Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Administering contracts, renewals, and terminations
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, Teams, and face-to-face
  • Carrying out general office admin duties – scanning, filing, post handling, data entry
  • Supporting management with ad-hoc requests such as BACS payments and ordering supplies

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly, approachable, and a team player
  • Previous experience in a busy admin environment
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
