Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Accounts Administrator to join their busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

 

The Role:

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Process and manage sales orders
  • Process refunds, credit notes, returns, and collections
  • Post cash and invoices
  • Preparation of commercial invoices
  • Manage aged debtor accounts
  • Generate reports as needed
  • Handle customer calls and provide exceptional service
  • Coordinate, monitor and track deliveries
  • Resolve courier claims and related complaints
  • Perform general administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Previous account management / accounts admin / customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills, including use of CRM software and accounting packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and proactive approach to workload
